A: No, to make it easy for you to manage your activities and to allow you to process and pay online, you must register for an account.

A: Yes, the E-Rec service uses a safe and secure payment processing system. Your information is secure when you register with us!

Q: Why are some services not available online?

A: The Oceanside Parks and Recreation Division is committed to excellent customer service. In order to allow a service to be available to you online, we want to ensure that all the "bugs" are worked out. If a service or program is currently unavailable for use online it may be that we are improving the system to provide a better product to you, the consumer. Thanks for your understanding.

Q: Why can't I pay online with my Credit Card?

A: We understand that you are eager to use this new system, but due to the high volume of users we occasionally experience some "bugs". If you find it difficult to complete your transaction online please call our friendly staff at (760) 435-5041 for assistance. Thank you!

Q: I registered for an account and sent my info, but I have not heard from staff. Why?

A: The system does not send automatic confirmations. We ask that staff review all accounts to better serve you, the customer. Please be patient, you can expect a confirmation within two business days.

Q: How do I purchase a Glass Tile online?

A: First you must register for an account with us. Click on Create and Account and fill in the needed information. It is free and your information is secure in our database. Once you have submitted this information, return to the registration home page and choose the Register Now button. Search for senior programs, and click on Tile Fundraiser. Make sure you select the correct size, cost and color for your tile. Once your transaction is complete, the staff at the Parks and Recreation Administration Offices will contact you to help you with your personalized message on your glass tile.
